Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the Site to function (cart, checkout, security) as well as analytics and advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout from working. For more information about cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the store:

  • Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders. Read Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) — to process transactions securely
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL freight carriers, manufacturer warehouses) — to deliver your order
  • Marketing and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo) — to analyze Site usage and show relevant advertising

We also disclose information when required to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests (such as subpoenas), or protect our rights, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws — see "Your US State Privacy Rights" below for how to opt out.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services.

In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data obtained from your interactions with our store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to requests to exercise your rights over personal information used for these purposes. To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information and any rights you may have, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers. Depending on where you live, you may also exercise certain rights with respect to your personal information at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

Behavioral Advertising

We use your information to provide you with targeted advertisements. You can opt out of targeted advertising via:

  • Google: https://adssettings.google.com
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
  • The Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal: https://optout.aboutads.info

Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting record-keeping), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and Similar Laws)

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption on all Site traffic and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we recommend that you do not use unsecured channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
